Return & Refund Policy

We meticulously craft every piece to meet the highest standards of quality. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Free Express Shipping

All orders are eligible for complimentary express shipping. Once your order is processed, you can expect your item to arrive within 1 to 3 business days for Domestic. 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with verified manufacturing defects (e.g., gemstone misplacement, broken clasps, or incorrect items). To qualify:

  1. Report Within 7 Days: Notify us via care@kierawang.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Unworn Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging.
  3. Proof Required: Provide photos/video of the defect for assessment.
Order Processing

Orders are made to order, will be processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your item is dispatched.

Non-Eligible Returns
  • Change of mind or subjective preferences.
  • Damage caused by wear, alteration, or mishandling.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
Delivery Details
  • Tracking: Monitor your order’s journey in real time using the provided tracking number.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Return Process
  1. Contact Us: Submit a return request via care@kierawang.com.au with order details and evidence.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review within 3–5 business days. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label. Or feel free to drop off at my our Jewellery studio in Leichhardt.

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Report issues within 48 hours for prompt resolution.
